If you’re looking for an intense workout, then kickboxing is for you. Kickboxing is an intense cardiovascular workout with intervals of short bursts of activity interrupted by short rests. The use of bags and pads for hitting and kicking will reduce your stress, which is an added benefit for today’s stressful world. The main objective is to learn how to defend yourself, while boosting your confidence. For beginners, we emphasize safety and proper form. We start slow while wearing required protective gear. As a beginner, we do not expect you to be Chuck Norris. We want you to focus on the basics and the rest will come.
If you have little to no experience kickboxing, then our beginner-level class will set you off on the right foot. Our beginner lessons focus on providing answers to the why questions:

- Why do I keep my hands up?
We concentrate on the fundamentals of proper technique, while demonstrating its importance. Offensive and defensive maneuvers are taught by our instructors and then you will apply the techniques on partners safely and using proper form. All our programs are self-paced. Expect to be Amazed.
Kids Kickboxing Classes Prosper
Same as beginner kickboxing lessons. Our kids kickboxing classes are intended for new trainees at the level kids can learn, while making it fun. Kids spend long periods of time sitting in small desks at school. We need to get them moving and focused on building good healthy fitness habits. That is where a sport like kickboxing comes in that teaches discipline, while providing a fun time of fitness. Safety being foremost. The students will learn many new skills along the way:
